1. No Return & No Exchange Policy
All sales made on our website are final.
• We do not provide returns, refunds or exchanges for any products once the order has been successfully placed,
except in cases where the product received is damaged or defective.
• Please check product details, size, color, quantity, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Order Cancellation & Modification
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed or modified.
• We request customers to review their cart, shipping address and payment details properly before confirming the order.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the steps below:
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video
o Kindly record a clear video while opening the parcel for the first time.
o The video should show the outer package, seal, and full opening process without any cuts.
2. Time Limit to Report
o You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
o Any complaint after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Unboxing video (mandatory)
Clear photos/videos showing the damage or defect

4. Resolution
After reviewing the details:
 If your claim is approved, we may offer either:
A replacement of the product, or
A refund,
at our sole discretion.
If the claim does not meet our criteria, we may reject the request.

4. Conditions Under Which Claims May Be Rejected
Your refund/replacement request may be refused if:
• No unboxing video is provided.
• The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
• The product shows signs of being used, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer.
• The issue is related to minor color variation due to lighting/camera/screen settings.
• We find the claim to be fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative.
We reserve the right to make the final decision in all such cases.
